SOLVING YOUR MIGRAINE PROBLEM 

A simple headache could be very terrible to have for some. With this common kind of a headache that they feel, they almost feel bad about it. But some people would have even severe a headache that is what we called migraine. This kind of a headache would give a person a terrible time thinking and doing things easier. Taking some medicine could be one of the best ways but it is not enough as you need to make sure that you are taking the right medicine prescribed by your doctors.

Aside from taking some western medicine, you might also consider some traditional way to get away and control the pain when having this migraine.   4. Getting a rest or a sleep could give a relief as well. You would need to have a quiet room or place whenever you have migraine. It gives a fast relief to you and have a dark room as well.  
  5. The best prevention that experts can recommend is to give yourself some time to exercise. Try to make this one as your hobby. It will give you a lot of benefits that you won’t regret. You don’t need to spend like 2 hours a day just to exercise. Even you have 20 to 30 minutes of jogging or stretching.  
  6. Eat more green and leafy vegetables. You may include some grains a peanut as they are rich in magnesium. There are available pills and tables for this.  
  7. Give yourself enough and proper sleep. Don’t you know that sleeping so less would result in anxiety and head problem.  
  8. You should consult a doctor and ask for the food that may trigger your migraine. Most of the time, it is due to the foods you are taking into your body. You should know what you can eat and not.
