Spring is Here!

The chairs aren't spinning much these days, so more touring is inevitable.  YAY!
HOWEVER, just because NWAC is not putting out avy reports any more until next season, does not mean you are off the hook.  It is NOT SAFE.  Repeat.  IT IS NOT SAFE.
The casualties in the past couple of weeks are proof of that.
Be smart.  Use your brain.  Talk to your partner.  HAVE a partner.
